DIY Jollibee Part 2

Our Jollibee menu recreations continue in the HJF kitchen.  We’re learning that not only can you easily make these dishes but cooking them up truly brings the dishes to the next level.  See below recipes for the Palabok, the Aloha Burger, and the Burger Steak.  We won’t stop until we recreate the entire menu so make sure to let us know which Jollibee menu items you’d like to see us make next.

Palabok

The Palabok Fiesta is a classic staple on the Jollibee menu with bihon noodles served topped with palabok sauce, egg, ground pork, shrimps, and chicharon.  This dish has many parts but it’s execution is quick and is incredibly gratifying.
