Ingredients:


  • 3 Lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
  • Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • American Cheese
  • Dill Pickle Chips
  • Mac Sauce
  • Dehydrated Minced Onions

Sesame Seed Bun:


  • 1-1/2 cups lukewarm water*
  • 1 Tbsp Rapid Rise Yeast (blue packet)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp soft butter
  • 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 3-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup nonfat dry milk granules
  • 1 Egg (beat on top)
  • Sesame Seeds

Mac Sauce:


  • ¼ Cup Light Mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cup Light Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tbsp Light Sweet and Spicy French Salad Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
  • ½ Tbsp Sweet Relish
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Ketchup

Instructions:

Giant Hamburger Bun:


  1. To make a giant hamburger bun you'll need to mix the hot water, yeast, salt, sugar, softened butter, dry milk powder and 1 Cup of flour into a stand mixer on slow speed.
  2. Keep adding flour until you reach a dough consistency and all the components pull away from the sides of the bowl (approximately 3-1/2 cups total)
  3. Toss your dough into a bowl that has been sprayed with oil covered and let is rise in a warm area for 2 hours or until doubled in size
  4. Now toss your dough into the 8" ring mold coverd on a baking sheet and let that rise for at least 1 hour
  5. Lightly brush a beaten egg on top and sprinkle sesame seeds on top
  6. Bake @ 350°F for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature is 195°F-200°F

  4. American Cheese (approximately 6 slices)
  5. Beef Patty
  6. Dehydrated Minced Onions
  7. Middle Bun
  8. Mac Sauce
  9. Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  10. Dill Pickle Chips
  11. Beef Patty
  12. Dehydrated Minced Onions
  13. Top Bun
