Ingredients
  • 2 Whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Powdered Cheese Packet
  • Cheetos (Puffs)
  • XXtra Flaming Hot Cheetos (Crunchy)
  • Oil for Frying

  1. Square off the top & bottom of the chicken breast to the length of the chicken fry you want
  2. Cut the long way in ¼" slices until all your chicken is cut
  3. Now cut these slices down the middle to create your perfect chicken fry shape
  4. Wet mix is 1 Egg & ½ Cup Milk whisked together
  5. Dry mix is 1 Cup ground up Cheetos Puffs, ¼ Cup Flour & 1 Powdered Cheese Packet
  6. Coat the chicken with just flour, then toss into wet mix and finish it off in the dry mixture
  7. Deep fry at 350°F for 3-4 minutes or until fully cooked
  8. If you want a dangerously cheesy taste, toss the chicken into a bowl of ground up Cheetos Puffs after coming out of the fryer for a double coat of cheese
