Ingredients:
- 1/3 lb 80/20 Ground Beef, Per Burger
- Taco Bell Seasoning
- Fiesta Seasoned Shredded Cheese Blend
- 1 Roma Tomato, diced
- Green Leaf Lettuce
- Sour Cream
- Taco Bell Hot Sauce
The Bun
- 1 Brioche Roll
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Bag Doritos, Crushed
- Oil For Deep Frying
THINGS YOU'LL NEED:
- Burger Ring Mold
- Electric Griddle or Cast Iron Griddle/Pan for better color and flavor

Instructions:
- To make make the Doritos Locos Burger we started with preparing the bun by breading it in Doritos and deep frying. Take the bun and cover in flour, then dip in an egg wash, and last coat in crushed Doritos.
- In a Deep Fryer or oil preheated to 350F fry the bun for 2 minutes per side. Flipping carefully in between. Place on a plate lined with paper towel or a rack while you prepare the burger.
- Season ground beef with Taco Bell seasoning.
- Press out ground beef into a ring mold, or free hand this if you don't have one.
- Cook the burgers 3 to 5 minutes per side or until cooked through to your liking, or well done if you'd like it to taste more like Taco Bell.
- Add cheese and melt.
- Build the burger with bottom bun, a tablespoon of sour cream, lettuce leaf, diced tomato, cheeseburger, a drizzle of taco bell sauce, and top bun.
- Crunch in and reminisce on all of your favorite Taco Bell Doritos Locos Taco flavors.
