Now an all time favorite crazy recipe... the pickle sandwich! Highly recommend ALL pickle lovers try this out.

Ingredients
- Large (whole or halved) Kosher Dill Pickles
- Kosher Dill Sandwich Pickles
- Deli Meat (Turkey, Salami, Corn Beef, Roast Beef)
- Cheese (Provolone, Swiss)
- Shredded Lettuce
- Tomato
- Sauce (Spicy Mustard, Sriracha Mayo)
- Oil and Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

Instructions:
- Cut pickles in half
- Scoop out the center with a tablespoon
- Build a deli sandwich. We made one with turkey, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and aioli and another with corn beef, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, with spicy mustard.
