The Baconator is a go to at Wendy's. It's meat, cheese, more meat and most importantly no vegetables. It's a burger meant for an adult child. So let's make it bigger than ever!!

We made the World's Largest Baconator & Frosty
Today we linked up with Yolanda, from How To Cake it, to see if we can make the largest Wendy's meal ever created... and we're ready for the challenge.
Make this if you're feeding a family of 25, or just really, really, hungry.

- 2 Tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 2/3 Cup Warm Water
- 7 Cup AP Flour
- 7 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Tbsp White Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 10 Eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 Cups butter
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 2 tsp Cold Water
- 10 lbs Ground Beef
- 50 Slices American Cheese
- 4 Packs Thick Cut Bacon
- Ketchup

Instructions:
Bread:
- Dissolve yeast in water, 10 minutes
- Stir flour, sugar, and salt
- Make a well in the center
- Add Eggs and Activated Yeast to the center, pull together
- Place in stand mixer and run on low speed for 6 minutes
- Turn on floured surface an knead together until smooth, 10 minutes
- Flatten and spread with 1/3 Butter
- Knead well, and Repeat 2 times
- Oil Bowl, place coat dough, cover and rise fo 1 hour
- Deflate, cover with plastic wrap
- Refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours)
- Turn on floured surface, place in baking sheet and rise 1 hour
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Beat Egg yolk and water together to make a glaze
- brush bun
- Baking for roughly 45 minutes, or until deep golden brown
- Cool on wire rack
- On 30 second intervals melt cheese in a large bowl. You will need about 24 slices per giant slice.
- Place melted cheese on parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top.
- Use a rolling pin to roll the cheese into one oversized slice, sized to fit the giant bun.
- Set in the refrigerator until ready to build the burger.
- Cook bacon, to have consistent curvature, like Wendys. You can do this using the microwavable tool listed below.
- Microwave for 3 minutes. place on paper towel and repeat until you have all of the bacon cooked.
- Set aside for a later step.
- Using an extra large cookie sheet, shape 10 pounds of ground beef into a square.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Broil for the last 3 minutes. Be careful as the burgers will juices that will need to be strained throughout the baking process.
- Repeat for 1 more square patty.
- Slice the Giant Bun using a serrated bread knife. Place in the oven to toast up (and cook through if still slightly raw in the center)
- On a large cutting board, or counter top, place the bottom bun.
- From there go on with a giant square patty, a giant cheese slice, half the bacon, the next square patty, another slice of cheese, the rest of the bacon, and ketchup.
- Use a knife to spread mayonnaise on the top bun and place.
