Flamin' Hot Mozz Sticks
I’d like to say this whole Cheetos thing has gotten out of control, but this recipe not only makes sense to do, but also is a great recipe for mozzarella sticks substituting flaming hot Cheetos in place of Italian bread crumbs. I sure hope you lovely people at home try this one out because it is quite possibly the best mozzarella stick I’ve ever had.

Ingredients:
- Polly-O String Cheese (Mozzarella)
- Flaming Hot Cheetos
- Flour
- Franks Red Hot
- Eggs
- Milk
- Cayenne Pepper
- Paprika
- Chili Powder

Instructions:
- Grind up Cheetos (Puffs work better)
- Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili
Powder
- Wet Mix: 1 Egg, ½ Cup Milk, ¼ Cup Franks Red Hot
- Coat Cheese Stick in Dry, then in Wet, back in Dry, back in Wet and
then into the Hot Cheetos
- TIP: Don't touch the Cheese Stick in the Dry Mixture, just move the
bowl to coat the Cheese Stick
- Freeze these for 30 minutes minimum
- Deep Fry @ 350°F for 2 minutes and 34 seconds
- This should be the perfect amount of time if you're exactly 350°F
