GIANT EGG ROLL VERSUS EGG ROLL

From the MANY requests to take on egg rolls we've decided to compete with eachother to see who can make the most successful oversized classic Chinese food.

Instructions:

1. Prep cabbage and carrot by cutting into an "oversized" coleslaw mix with long strips of each. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in large pan to medium high heat. Cook down pork and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add garlic and ginger cook for one minute.
4. Stir in cabbage and carrot and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
5. Place egg roll wrappers, using a small amount of water to connect the wrappers together. Fill and roll.
6. Deep fry 350 degrees until golden brown and crispy.
7. Drain, cool, dip, and bite!!
