Chopped Cheese
In our latest episode of HellthyJunkFood we went on a chopped cheese journey all thanks to our friend Ramy. Learn everything you need to know about chopped cheese from what it is, where it comes from to how you can make it at home. It’s basically the perfect mix between a cheeseburger and a Philly cheese steak.
After visiting NYC and heading to the corner-shops for the sandwich we head back home to recreate this amazing bodega find. We also experiment with upscaling this junk food. If you’ve never had one before we highly recommend you making this yourself.
