With the help from our good friends at The Local Butcher and Market
and a solid session of Arts and Crafts Time with JP
we were able to create Americas favorite meat stick snack bigger than ever!!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Ground Chuck
- 2 lb Ground Pork

- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Coriander

Instructions:
- Blend together seasoning in a bowl
- Combine seasoning with ground chuck and ground pork
- Pipe into casing using a standard or electronic sausage making machine
- Hang in a smoker for 4-6 hrs
- Set in a dry age fridge for 2 months.
- Then you're ready to snap into your giant Slim Jim but first create your Slim Jim packaging to wow your friends
