White Castle Style Turkey Sliders
You don’t have to drive across country to make these or be a minority… Turkey Sliders don’t sound appealing until you add a hand full of seasoning to the turkey meat, condiments and an amazing ciabatta slider rolls with garlic olive oil. Now we have something that taste good.
Ingredients:
- 12 Turkey Burger
- 12 Ciabatta Slider Rolls (any roll will work)
- 6 Strips Turkey Bacon Diced
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 6 Slices Vermont Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Dehydrated Minced Onion
- It's a burger, put whatever you want on it seriously
Turkey Burger Mixture:
- 2 Lbs Ground Turkey
- ¼ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- ¼ Cup Diced White Onion
- 2 Egg Whites
- ¼ Cup Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions:
- Make Turkey Burgers
- Combine all the ingredients for the turkey mixture into a big bowl
and mix thoroughly
- Grease up a 9"x13" pan and spread out about 1 cup of
dehydrated minced onion. "Soak them in hot tap water for 5
minutes, then drain on paper towel and add to the pan. You won't have
all of the excess moisture or the rawness from the fresh onion"

- Next spread out your turkey burger mixture as a second layer and bake
at 400°F for 20 minutes. This will give your burgers a uniform
thickness.
- I ended up grilling mine after to get a nice browning effect and
simply cut the burger squares with a spatula.
Assemble:
- Brush on some garlic olive oil onto your slider bun of choice and grill until golden brown
- Layer your burgers however you'd like. I went with pickles, burger, cheese, sautéed onions, mushrooms & turkey bacon.
