Ramen Crust Alfredo Pizza
Again, bread has taken a back seat to another bizarre substitute for dough. I guess broke ass college kids can find another innovative way to eat their favorite 20 cent meal. Unfortunately they’ll need to spend an extra $10 bucks to turn it into this pizza. I went the Chicken Alfredo route, but you can do whatever you want with your ramen crust!

Ingredients:
- 3 Ramen Packages (makes 2, 9 inch Pizzas)
- 2 Eggs (for binding)
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Alfredo Sauce
- Chicken
- Broccoli Florets
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- 2, 9 inch cake pans
Instructions:
- Cook Ramen in boiling water like you're used to doing as a slum
worthless nobody
- Add 2 eggs to the three packages of cooked (drained) ramen to act as
a binding agent.
- Put half in one cake pan and the other half in the other cake pan and
press down firmly. This is of course, if you want to make 2 pies, but
you might as well considering once package might not be enough and 2
might be too much and who's going to just put 1 and a half into one
without using the other half. Unless you just want to eat the other
half, then make 2 packages and eat one half of the second package.
- Add clingy wrap to it to compress even more and place in freezer for
5 minutes minimum.
- The longer in the freezer the more it will firm up and hold it's
shape.
- Now grill these round noodle discs for 6 minutes a side at 350°F or
medium high heat.
- Place on pizza pan and sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce
- 3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/2 Cup Chicken pieces
- Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes
- Broil for 2 minutes to get a nice crispy top
- Sprinkle on more shit if you want
- Cut it like a pizza and then take one bite... for the hellth of it.
