Beast Style Burger
This burger is really good if you like onions.
- 2 burger patties
- Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- Garlic Powder
- American Cheese
- Pickles
- Diced White Onion - Cut in half
- Mayo
- Ketchup
- Brown Mustard
- Burger Buns

Instructions:
- Dice onion and caramelize half in a saute pan. Set aside.
- Measure out beef patties and place on parchment paper.
- Heat a cast iron skillet to medium high heat.
- Smash onto griddle. Use the back of a spatula to press meat into burger patty. Flip once and add a slice of american cheese to the top of each bun.
- Season with special seasoning! We used a dash of Lawry's seasoned salt and garlic powder.
- Build the burger with bottom bun pickles, onion, mayo, burger patties, carmelized oinions, ketchup, mustard, and top bun
