Jalapeno Fresco Spicy Chicken
I'm not quite sure what Fresco means, but the toppings on this sandwich is basically the Ghost Pepper Fries without the fries. Get this for a limited time at Wendy's or forever at home.

Ingredients:
- 4oz Chicken Breast
- Buttermilk
- Red Hot (any hot sauce)
- Whole Wheat Roll
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Red Onions
- Ghost Pepper Sauce
- Diced Jalapeños
- Cheese Sauce
Seasoned Flour Mixture:
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tsp Paprika
Ghost Pepper Sauce:
- 2 Ghost Peppers
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Sriracha
- 2 Tbsp Relish
- 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
Cheese Sauce:
- 6 Oz Velveta Cheese
- ½ Cup Cheddar
- ½ Cup Milk
- Some Dice Jalapenos (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour Buttermilk and hot sauce into a pan to soak your chicken in.
- Mix your seasoned flour into another pan.
- Slice chicken thin if not already purchased that way and soak it in
your buttermilk for a few hours in the refrigerator.
- After tossing your chicken into the flour and buttermilk a few times
to get a nice thick coat you can either fry right away or get em even
more crispy by freezing them overnight. You have to make a huge
commitment here to be able to wait a full day to eat though.
- At your convenience, deep fry for 4-5 minutes at 365°F.
- Grill up your bun, dice some jalapenos, slice some red onions and
prepare your ghost pepper & cheese sauce all measurements and
ingredients listed above.
- Build your Jalapeno Fresco sandwich with the wheat roll, chicken,
pepper jack cheese, cheese sauce jalapenos, red onions and ghost
pepper sauce.
- Build your traditional spicy chicken sandwich with a white roll,
mayonnaise, chicken, lettuce and tomato.
- CAUTION: THIS MEAL WILL BURN YOUR FACE OFF
