Good news for all of us!  We can make Hot Pockets out of ingredients that you may already have in your refrigerator or pantry.

DIY EASY Hot Pockets for EVERY MEAL of the DAY

We highly recommend you make every single one of these Hot Pockets for each meal of your day. 

Breakfast Hot Pocket

Breakfast... the most important meal of the day.  We went bacon egg and cheese.  Substitute with your favorite breakfast ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • Crescent Dough
  • Egg Beater
  • Bacon  Bits
  • American Cheese Slices
    THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Preheat the oven or Toaster Oven to 450°F
    2. Put one cup of egg beater in a bowl with bacon bits and American cheese slices
    3. Microwave for about 1 1/2 minus, stirring every 30 seconds. Until cooked through. Scramble with a fork.
    4. On a clean surface place the dough.
    5. Add fillings to the center.
    6. Wrap up the hot pocket.  Make sure there are no holes.
    7. Cut a slice of American cheese into shreds and put on top.
    8. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    9. Go ahead and eat or freeze until ready to eat.
    10. Microwave when hungry.

    Lunchables Pocket

    Basically we're making a ham and cheese sandwich from the cracker stacker.   Trust us when we say the Lunchable never tasted so good.

    Ingredients:
    • White Bread
    • Ham and Cheese Lunchables
    • Mayonaise
      THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

      INSTRUCTIONS:

      1. Preheat oven or Toaster Oven to 450°F
      2. Lay out and roll out the dough. 
      3. Add the ham and cheese to the center of a bread slice.
      4. Place another bread slice on top and cut off the crust. 
      5. Use a fork to pinch the sides of the toast together.
      6. Heat a saute pan to medium high heat. 
      7. Spread mayo on each side of the pocket and grill on each side.
      8. Place on a lined baking sheet and crush crackers on top. 
      9. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
      10. Go ahead and eat or freeze until ready to eat.
      11. Microwave when hungry.

      Steak and Cheese Pocket

      Dinner time. Time for Hot Pockets.  Our imitation Phillly Cheese steak.  We decided to pretzel-ize our pocket which gave it a delicious crust. 

      Ingredients:
      • Pizza Dough
      • Steak Umms
      • Mozzarella Cheese Slices
      • Peppers and Onions
      • Water, baking soda, kosher salt (optional)
      THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

      INSTRUCTIONS:

      1. Preheat oven or Toaster Oven to 450°F
      2. Heat a saute pan to medium high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and lay in the steak umms. Flip and add the peppers an onions. Season and add a worcestershire sauce to taste.
      3. Lay out and roll out the dough. 
      4. Add the steak, peppers, and cheese to the center of the dough.
      5. Wrap up the hot pocket.  Make sure there are no holes.
      6. Boil water with baking soda. Brush on to the pocket and add kosher salt. 
      7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
      8. Go ahead and eat or freeze until ready to eat.
      9. Microwave when hungry.

      Fried Ice Cream Pocket

      What better way to end the night then to make an ice cream filled hot pocket!

      Ingredients:
      • Crescent Dough
      • Ice Cream
      • Confectioners Sugar
      • Milk
      • Sprinkles
        THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

        INSTRUCTIONS:

        1. Preheat Deep Fryer to 350°F.
        2. Lay out and roll out the dough. 
        3. Add Ice cream to the center. 
        4. Wrap up the hot pocket.  Make sure there are no pockets or holes.
        5. Freeze for at least 1 hour. 
        6. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes. Until Golden Brown. 
        7. Refreeze.
        8. When ready to eat whip up a bowl of icing with 1 cup of confectioners sugar and a tablespoon of milk. 
        9. Pour the icing on top and add the sprinkles.
        10. Enjoy!
