CAUTION WHEN HANDLING HOT PEPPERS. These hot sauces aren’t for the faint of heart. This recipe is in preparation for the Dare Devil Loaded Grillers, in which we will elevate these sauces into a bold and creamy aioli.

Ingredients:
- Hot Sauce Base
- 6 Cloves Garlic (2 Tbsp Minced Garlic)
- 6 Cups Water
- 3 Cups Onion Diced
- 3 Cups Carrot
Chiptotle Ingredients:
- ⅓ Hot Sauce Base
- 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Roma Tomato
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Yellow Pepper
- 10 Chipotle Peppers
Habanero Ingredients:
- ⅓ Hot Sauce Base
- 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Limes Squeezed
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Orange Pepper
- 10 Habanero Peppers
Ghost Pepper Ingredients:
- ⅓ Hot Sauce Base
- 3 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Red Pepper
- 10 Ghost Peppers
Instructions:
- Saute Garlic, add onions, carrots & water and bring to a boil and
let simmer until carrots are soft and water reduces by half.
- Remove from heat and toss ⅓ of the mixture into a blender with the
ingredients listed from each sauce. Blend until smooth.
- Jar & Refrigerate.
