JP's Giant Movie Nachos
I'm a simple person and movie theater nachos are straight to the point delicious. Nacho cheese and chips. They always skimp on the cheese tho so when you make it at home, simply quadruple the recipe and you should have the adequate amount of cheese per chip ratio.

Nacho Cheese Sauce:
- 16 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- ½ Stick Butter (4 Tbsp)
- ¼ Cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:
- Grate or cube 16 oz of Sharp Cheddar Cheese and set aside for later
- Melt ½ stick of butter in sauce pan completely
- Add in ¼ Cup All Purpose flour and whisk on medium low heat until
flour is cooked down
- Add 2 Cups of Milk and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and add grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Slat &
Cayenne Pepper
- Stir until well combined and leave on a simmer until ready to serve
- Dunk your Tostada into the Nacho Cheese Sauce and watch your favorite
movie
- Bring a napkin

Ingredients:
- 2 PKG Tortillas
- 1 Lg Back Mexican Seasoned Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Mexican Seasoning
- Sour Cream
- Guacamole
- Cilantro
Pico De Gallo:
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp Chopped cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno Finely Chopped
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
Mexican Seasoning Blend:
- ¼ C. plus 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1¼ tsp. Onion Powder
- 1¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1¼ tsp. Dried Oregano
- 2½ tsp. Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1½ tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Black Pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°
- Prep Mexican Seasoning Blend by stirring together the seasonings.
- Prep Pico De Gallo by cutting your tomatoes into a dice, finely
dicing your jalapeno, mincing your onion, stemming and chopping your
cilantro. Then mix together all your ingredients and set aside.
- Cut circular tortillas into triangles and place in a bowl. Toss with
olive oil.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes flipping halfway through until golden
brown. Repeat for all tortillas until complete.
- Brown beef by placing 1 tsp oil in a saute pan until hot, then your
beef. Cook through and drain excess juices. Add 2 tbsp Mexican
seasoning with 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil then turn the heat
down and let simmer covered for 20 minutes.
- Build your nachos in a baking tray in layers starting with some giant
chips, beef, and cheese, repeat until all meat and tortillas are
used.
- Bake in oven until cheese is melted about 10 minutes.
- Top your nachos off with fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole,
and chopped fresh cilantro.
