At this point we’re making our way around the Giant block with our staple junk food recipes. Luckily Julia & JP can’t agree on anything so once again you get a two-fer, in the video, one being McDonald’s style batter and the other Wendy’s. You let us know that Julia’s was winning so here’s the recipe so you can make it too!!

Ingredients:
- 1 Lb Ground Chicken
- Vegetable Oil for Frying
- McDonald's Dry Batter
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ Cup Cornstarch
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1-1/2 Tsp Dry Milk Powder
- 1 Tsp Granulated Sugar
- ½ Tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ Tsp Ground Mustard
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
- ¼ Tsp White Pepper
- ⅛ Tsp Ground Allspice
- ⅛ Tsp Ground Turmeric
- ⅛ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ⅛ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
McDonald’s Wet Batter:
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- ½ Cup Cold Water
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ Tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ Tsp Soy Sauce
- ¼ Tsp Granulated Sugar

Instructions:
- Shape your ground chicken to whatever shape you desire just make sure
it's not too thick and can also fit in your fryer
- Freeze
- Coat your shape in flour
- Then coat your shape in the "wet batter"
- Then coat your shape in the "dry batter"
- Do a double coat
- For a McDonald's style breading, end in the wet batter
- Freeze
- Deep fry for 10 minutes @ 350°F
- If it's not completely cooked on the inside, you can either fry
longer if the color isn't too dark or you can finish it off in the
oven until fully cooked on the inside
