Cuisine: American
Serves: 1 Giant Burrito

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:

  • 36" Griddle:  https://amzn.to/36OOt2T
  • Rolling Pin:https://amzn.to/37b5Nzb
  • Large Bowl: https://amzn.to/3wWKWKFe
  • Deep Fryer:  https://amzn.to/3NGBAsA
  • Large Cutting Board:  https://amzn.to/3DL0tPj

  • Food Processor:  https://amzn.to/3NIAc8u

INGREDIENTS:

Extra Extra Large Flour Tortilla

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil, vegetable oil
  • 1 cup warm water
California Style Burrito
  • 3 lbs Steak
  • 2 Lbs Jumbo Shrimp
  • 4 Cups Guacamole
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Cups French Fries
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Mix together flour, salt, baking powder. Then make a well in the center and add in olive oil and warm water. Stir to combine and kneed.
  2. Knead  until combined and then roll it out onto a clean surface.
  3. Roll out on the pin, push out from the center. Lift the dough up and rotate the dough 90 degrees and repeat until the dough is rolled out big and is thin. Use flour to make sure it doesn't stick.
  4. Preheat a extra large griddle and add oil.  Place huge tortilla on the griddle and let cook for about 2 minutes. Flip and then remove from the heat when cooked and bit golden brown.
  5. We finished this next step in our video at the restaurant but you can do this at home. Cook all the ingredients that you'd like in your burrito.
  6. Build the burrito by first reviving the tortilla on the griddle with some water to bring it back to life.
  7. Place the tortilla on a large cutting board layer in your cooked ingredients and pinch in the sizes and roll the burrito closed. Now this can get griddled one more time or is ready to serve.  So go dig into the GIANT BURRITO!
