McNuggets are so delicious that a 4pc is never enough, until now. Giant nuggets are amazing but an oversized 4pc is epic. The hardest part of cooking up this recipe is making the oversized box. If you’re feeling chefy and crafty then this recipe is for you.

Ingredients:
- 2½ lbs Ground
Chicken
- Oil for Frying
- Dry Batter
- 2 Cup All Purpose
Flour
- 1 Cup Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tbsp Dry Milk
Powder
- 1 Tsp Granulated
Sugar
- 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ Tsp Ground
Mustard
- ½ Tsp Black Pepper
- ½ Tsp White Pepper
- ¼ Tsp Ground
Allspice
- ¼ Tsp Ground
Turmeric
- ¼ Tsp Ground
Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne
Pepper
Wet Batter:
- 4 Eggs Beaten
- 1 Cup Cold Water
- 4 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp All Purpose
Flour
- ½ Tsp Sea Salt
- ½ Tsp Soy Sauce
- ½ Tsp Granulated

Instructions:
- To make the 4 piece
chicken nuggets shape the ground chicken into the the ball, the bell,
bone, and boot on parchment paper. Use ½ pound for each except the
bone using 1 pound of chicken.
- Freeze for 1-2
hours.
- Combine the dry
batter ingredients.
- Whisk together the
wet batter ingredients.
- First coat the
nuggets in the "dry batter"
- Then into the "wet
batter"
- Back into the "dry
batter".
- Last into the "wet
batter".
- Set on parchment
paper and freeze.
- Deep fry for 5
minutes @ 350°F
- Finish it off in the
oven until fully cooked.
