Dunkin Donuts Eggs Benedict Sandwich Recipe
So the only thing that really defines this sandwich is the hollandaise sauce. Otherwise it’s just a breakfast sandwich. Dunkin uses black forest ham… I’m pretty sure it’s Canadian Bacon & a Poached Egg. Well they got 50% of it right.

Hellthy Thick Hollandaise Ingredients:
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 4 Tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Hot Water
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 Tsp Lemon Zest
Instructions:
Hollandaise Directions:
- Microwave 4 Tbsp Butter in a microwavable bowl for 1 minute or until
fully melted.
- Add in 2 Tbsp Flour. Slowly add in 1 Cup Hot Water and 1 Tbsp Lemon
Juice.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Add 2 Egg Yolks and whisk.
- Heat on medium power 50% for 1 minute.
- Season with salt & pepper, and lemon zest if you have a lemon
laying around.
Eggs Benedict Sandwich Directions:
- So I used the egg whites from the two yolks to make my egg white
circle thing. I have a small little non-stick pan to make my eggs
perfectly circle. You must at least season these with black pepper in
order to have that Dunkin Donuts black peppery appeal.
- Grill up your black forest ham, like 30 seconds a side depending on
the thickness, toast your english muffin and you're pretty much done.
- I assembled mine much like the one in the advertisement, with the egg
first, then 4 slices of black forest ham and 1 Tbsp of Hollandaise on
top.
