Serves: 8
Ingredients:
- 1 Pillsbury Croissant Roll
- 1 Mini Meatball (Frozen Bag)
- 1 Tbsp Finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ Turkey Bacon Strip
- Melted Butter (Optional)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Oregano
- Sides
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Pickels
Instructions:
- Open a package of Pillsbury Croissant Rolls and tear them apart until
you have the predetermined triangles that they have inconveniently
shaped them into. Let me just point out to you how bad Pillsbury
Croissants are for you. They are high in calories, high in fat, high
in sodium, high in carbs, and a majority of the reason that makes
this entire snack bad for you are the croissants. If you want a
healthier options, I would recommend wrapping them in lettuce or even
better eating nothing. I hear starvation is very popular in other
countries. Okay so if you're reading this step then you are ok with
consuming this.
- Next, take that triangle piece of dough and roll it into a ball. Now
smash it on a cutting board until it's flat and then stretch out the
sides until it is a big round circle. If you have ever made pizza
dough before its very similar. Lazy route. Just take the
predetermined triangle and fold the meatball around it (doesn't look
as good).
- Thaw out your frozen mini meatballs and cook down some bacon. The
bacon needs to cook fully because in the oven it will only warm it
up. So if you like that crispy texture cook it that way before it
goes into the oven.
- Now simply add your bacon which I chopped up. Could go either way. I
added my cheese and then my meatball and with some careful hand
techniques I folded the dough around all of this good shit and BAM!
- Grab a baking pan and line it with tin foil (just to avoid cleaning
more than you have to) and grease it up.
- Place your round dough things onto the pan and brush them with melted
butter just so the parmesan cheese you're going to pour onto them
sticks.
- Lets also sprinkle on some oregano. Why? COLOR of course... we need
these to look appetizing.
- Bake at 375°F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Take out and serve with a side of ketchup, mustard and pickles. If I
were to plate these differently, I would rest a small round pickle
slice on top of the burger ball and stab a toothpick through it.
