Ever wanted to deep fry a big mac in Cheetos? Doesn’t matter, this recipe doesn’t matter… It’s quite absurd if I’m going to be frank. What can you take out of this? How about a great deep fry batter that you can use on almost anything you want besides Big Macs! Woot Woot. So come along on my journey of failure, success, frightened loneliness and paranoia as we create something new the world doesn’t need.

Ingredients:
- 3 Big Macs (more if necessary)
- Large Bag Cheetos Puffs
- Oil for Frying
- Batter
Batter:
- ½ Cup Flour
- ¼ Cup Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1-2 Cups Water (until pancake consistency)
- 1 Egg

Instructions:
- Whisk 1 Cup of Water, 1 Tbsp Oil & 1 Egg in a separate bowl
- Combine all dry ingredients into a big bowl and add wet ingredients
- Add more water if necessary to get the desired pancake batter
consistency
- Skewer 3 Big Macs together and dunk it into the batter, roll it
around until it is completely covered
- Toss it into crushed Cheetos crumbs, you'll need almost the entire
bag of Cheetos to coat
- Deep fry at 400°F (The temperature will drop to about 350°F, which
is the ideal frying temperature)
- Cut it in half and share with a friend
