- 1 Tbsp Cheese Sauce
- 3 Slices Microwaved Roast Beef
Hellthy Arby's Sauce:
- ½ Cup Heinz Ketchup
- 1 Cup Water
- ¼ Cup White Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp Paprika
- ⅛ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Corn Starch Mixture:
- 1 Tbsp Corn Starch
- 2 Tbsp Water
Cheese Sauce:
- ¼ Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- ¼ Cup Cheez Whiz
- 1-3 Tbsp Skim Milk
- Dash Salt
