Taco Bell Boss Wraps

Taco Bell is back with THE NEW Boss Wraps, that looks exactly like every crunchwrap variation they’ve ever come out with ever… but it’s NEW and it’s called Boss and not Crunch.  Ok, but on the realsies… I said realsies…  these boss wraps make for a great innovative taco night and who doesn’t love taco night.  I just hate taco morning…  (insert fart noise)

Steak & Potato Ingredients:

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:

Instructions:

  1. This is a fun recipe to make, you can go about it in any order you like, but at the end of the day it's basically Taco Night with friends and family.
  2. I'd start by getting all of your sides and sauces prepared and ready to go. The avocado ranch sauce is basically a mix of fresh avocado roughly ¼ Cup to ½ Cup of Ranch Dressing and blend in a food processor until there are no clumps.
  3. Cook down some home fried potatoes. A deep fryer really does accelerate the process for making something like this. Generously season with salt & pepper. I might make a recipe in the future showing you how to make Fiesta Potatoes...
  4. Cook down some bacon and chop into tiny bits.
  5. You can either fry, bake or grill the corn tortillas. What's best? I'd go with fry, grill then bake.
  6. Lay out your guacamole, shredded cheese blend, lettuce, pico de gallo, tortillas, bacon, potatoes, sour cream, avocado ranch & spicy ranchero sauce all out on a table for people to choose from.
  7. Grill your fajita steak in batches over medium high heat to get a nice exterior. Fajita seasoning can be found at your local grocery store, which you should marinade with your steak a day before doing this. We also like to add a little acidity to the steak with some red wine vinegar and some olive oil.

Steak & Potato Assembly:

  1. Large flour tortilla
  2. Tbsp Spicy Ranchero
  3. oz Fajita Steak
  4. Corn Tortilla
  5. Home Fried Potatoes
  6. Bacon Bits
  7. Drizzle Sour Cream

Fully Loaded Assembly:

  1. Large flour tortilla
  2. Tbsp Avocado Ranch
  3. oz Fajita Steak
  4. Corn Tortilla
  5. Shredded Lettuce
  6. Pico De Gallo
  7. Guacamole
  8. Drizzle Sour Cream
  9. This build should all be centered on the large flour tortilla. Simply fold in roughly 6-7 sides overlapping as necessary. Spray down the tops of these with an oil mister and then grill on medium high heat for 2 minutes per side.
  10. Now you can cut into these or just bite into it like a savage. I like cutting that way I can drench more sauce into it and make it really "hellthy". I hope you guys enjoy this recipe and remember it's not "hellthy" if it's healthy.
