DIY Giant Quesadilla

We live in a world where everyone is different and we love it. Julia’s an extra spicy type of gal and I’m a only-doing- it-for- YouTube-please- let-me- enjoy-my- food type of guy which is why we’re super excited to announce that we are the official ambassadors for Qdoba, our personal favorite when it comes to Mexican food! It’s all about the flavor and being able to have it exactly your way, that’s why the quesadillas we’re making all stem from ingredients you can get at Qdoba. We totally recommend you go there. Ingredients:


  • 8 Flour Quesadillas

Choose Your Protein:


  • Grilled Adobo Chicken
  • Brisket
  • Ground Beef
  • Bacon

Additional Flavors:


  • Cheese
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Fajita Peppers
  • Pickled Jalapeños
  • Tortilla Strips
  • Cilantro

Sides:


  • Guacamole
  • Sour Cream
  • Romain Lettuce - garnish

SALSAS:


  • Roasted Chile Corn
  • Salsa Verde
  • Salsa Roja
  • Fiery Habanero

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:



Instructions:


  1. Pick up all your ingredients from QDOBA.
  2. Preheat your electric griddle to 350°F.
  3. Take your Large quesadillas and cut them into large triangular shapes like a quarter of a quesadilla.
  4. Create your own flavor. Or do the Julia Goolia build with Grilled Adobo Chicken, Pico de Gallo, and Cheese. Grill both sides for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and grill the other side until golden brown.
  5. Repeat 4 times and set on a large serving tray garnished with shredded lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole.
