We partnered with the National Pork Board to create delicious pork recipes.  We learned that we’ve been cooking pork wrong by overcooking it for the longest time.  It’s 100% safe and USDA approved to cook pork to 145 ° F which is medium rare.   See below three recipes and recommended sides that we love and for more grilling tips and inspiration click here:  X


Barbecue Pork Tenderloin

Barbecue and pork are a perfect pair.  This is a quick and simple recipe that will hit home with everyone in the family.

Ingredients:



  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • Barbecue Rub
  • Barbecue Sauce

Recommended Sides:


  • Baked Beans
  • Macaroni and Cheese

THINGS YOU'LL NEED:




Instructions:



  1. When ready to cook preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Trim fat off the pork tenderloin.
  3. Generously season pork with the barbecue rub.
  4. Pan sear for 3 minutes per side in an oiled skillet on high heat.
  5. Place tenderloin on a tin foil lined baking sheet and bake until it reaches 145°F. Let sit for 3 minutes after cooking before eating.

  • 1 Pork Tenderloin
  • Asian Marinade
  • ½ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar, light
  • 6 Cloves Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Paste
  • 5 Chopped Green Onions, 2 for garnish

Recommended Sides:



  • Broccolini or broccoli
  • Fried Rice

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:




Instructions:



  1. Trim fat off the pork tenderloin.
  2. Mix together marinade ingredients.
  3. Pour on top of tenderloin and set in the refrigerator overnight OR for 8+ hours.
  4. When ready to cook preheat oven to 400°F.
  5. Place marinaded tenderloin on a tin foil lined baking sheet and bake until it reaches 145°F. Let sit for 3 minutes after cooking before eating.

  • Bone in Pork Chop
  • Olive Oil for cooking
  • Salt and Pepper, For seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 5-10 Sprigs Thyme
  • 5-10 Sprigs rosemary

  • Haircot Vert aka green beans
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:




Instructions:



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork chop generously with fresh cracked black pepper and salt.
  3. Add oil to the pan. Bring to high heat. Place pork chop into the pan. Add thyme and rosemary and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip to cook for another 3 minutes. While cooking add butter and spoon it overtop the pork chop.
  5. Place pan in the oven until cooked 145°F to achieve medium rare.
  6. Let sit for 3 minutes before cutting into the pork chop.
