Ingredients
  • 6 medium Russet Potatoes
  • 5 Tbsp Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • Sausage
  • American Cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oil for Frying
  • Ketchup

  1. Grate four large potatoes. Put in a bowl of water. Prior to stuffing your hashbrown take out of water and dry on a paper towel.
  2. Create a cylindrical shape out of two sausage patties.
  3. Scramble eggs and cook on the stove top.
  4. Take dry potatoes shreds and mix with 5 tbsps of flour.
  5. Place 1 cup of potato on plastic wrap. Flatten out and shape into a cylinder. Place sausage, egg, then cheese, and top off with another layer of potato.
  6. Shape together. Use the plastic wrap as a tool to wrap the hash brown together and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  7. Deep Fry at 350°F for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
