  • 24x Polly-O String Cheese (Mozzarella)
  • Cheetos Puffs (optional)
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Milk​
  • Pringles (preferably pizza flavored)

  1. Grind up Cheetos (Puffs work better)
  2. Dry Mix: 1 Cup Flour, 1 tsp Cayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Chili Powder
  3. Wet Mix: 1 Egg, ½ Cup Milk, ¼ Cup Franks Red Hot
  4. We decided to do a triple coat of dry, wet, dry wet, dry, wet... than Cheetos
  5. TIP: Don't touch the Cheese Stick in the Dry Mixture, just move the bowl to coat the Cheese Stick
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes minimum
  7. Deep Fry @ 350°F for 4 minutes
  8. Try to pull it apart and make sure someone video tapes it otherwise it was a complete waste of time and money
