Ingredients
  • Roughly 10 Waffle Cones
  • 1 Gallon of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 Cups Chocolate
  • 6 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Crushed Peanuts
  • 4 Cups Melted Chocolate
Waffle Cone Batter:
  • 1-1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup milk
THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
Instructions
  1. Freeze ½ gallon of vanilla ice cream into a ball using cling wrap.
  2. Create a cone out of tin foil roughly the same size as the ball of ice cream
  3. Whisk the Sugar & Eggs together vigorously for 1 minute or until the eggs are pale in color
  4. Add the flour and salt
  5. Finish with the melted butter and milk
  6. Scoop ¼ Cup of batter into the waffle press and cook for roughly 1 minute at level 3.5
  7. Lay each waffle immediately around the tin foil cone using melted chocolate as an adhesive
  8. Layer until entire tin foil cone until it is completely covered
  9. Add chocolate to the inside of the cone and let chill
  10. Add vanilla ice cream to the inside until it is flush with the top of the cone
  11. Add your giant scoop on top and freeze
  12. Melt 2 Cups of chocolate with 6 Tbsp Coconut oil in the microwave
  13. Take your giant cone out of the freeze and pour this mixture on top of the cone
  14. Immediately sprinkle on peanuts
  15. If you managed to get this far without destroying your kitchen you have successfully created a giant drumstick.
