Ingredients
  • 3 Cups Cheesy Elbow Mac n' Cheese
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Bag Flamin' Hot Cheetos (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl combine mac n' cheese and cheddar cheese.
  2. Place parchment paper in a small tray and pour your mac mixture inside. Using the back of a spoon create one layer. Freeze for 1-2 hours.
  3. Prepare your breading station with one bowl of seasoned flour, another with 2 whisked eggs, and the last with crushed Flamin' Hot Cheetos.
  4. Preheat Deep Fryer to 350°F.
  5. After frozen cut into 24 rectangular pieces. Reshape with your hands into the shape of a Cheeto.
  6. Bread in flour, egg, then Cheetos.
  7. Deep fry for 2 minutes.
  8. Cool for 2 minutes before diving in.
