Fiery Chicken Fries

Learn how to make chicken in the shape of a fry or a turd depending on what you see in your head, but with some added spice and flavor.  With this recipe we’ll be taking the spicy to a new level of heat adding a coating of flaming hot Cheetos!  These were very hard to find at the store, so any spicy corn chip should do the job.  Enjoy.

Instructions:

  1. Start by creating your breading station with a dry mix, wet mix and flaming hot Cheetos.
  2. In three separate bowls, add in the dry & wet ingredients listed above and in a third bowl grind up your Cheeto's using a food processor or a plastic bag and a hammer.
  3. I used ground chicken meat, but if you can't find that get a mix of chicken breast and thigh meat and grind it up in a food processor along with other seasonings.
  4. Form them into thin long french fry shapes and then proceed to dunk them into the dry, wet and Cheeto mix in that order.
  5. Lay down on wax paper until you're ready to deep fry.
  6. Fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  7. Mix a bowl with 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard & 1 Tsp Barbecue Sauce to make Burger King's Chicken Sauce.
  8. Plate some of your flaming hot crispy chicken fries with chicken sauce and you're ready to consume something amazing for the duration of your eating experience. Then you'll experience something even better once digested. Trust me, it was pleasurable.
