  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 1 Liter Dr. Pepper (reduced down)
  • 1 Cup Dr. Pepper
  • ⅔ Cup Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt

  1. Begin by freezing the ice cream bucket thing
  2. Reduce 1 Liter of Dr. Pepper on high heat for 15-20 minutes or until you have about ½ cup remaining
  3. In a big bowl mix in the remaining Dr. Pepper, 2 Cups Heavy Cream, 2 Cups Whole Milk, ⅔ Cup Sugar & a pinch of salt
  4. Now get ur ice cream maker ready to pour the liquid in
  5. Mix for 10 minutes on slow speed and add in 1 Cup of Dr. Pepper
  6. After the remaining 10 minutes of mixing you will still be able to taste fizziness
  7. Freeze for an additional 2-4 hours to get a firm ice cream texture
