We found a viral facebook video showcasing a restaurant that serves color changing pasta.  It was so amazing that we had to test it out ourselves. We noticed that that restaurant used vermicelli so we we’re curious to see what other pastas would change color if we used their secret color changing ingredient, the Butterfly Pea Flower.

Instructions:

• Boil your pasta in Butterfly Pea Flowers
  
• Squeeze on lemon OR lime of the color changing affect
  
• The more Buttery Pea Flowers, the richer the color
