Ingredients
  • 80/20 Ground Beef (low quality)
  • Onion Roll
  • Pepperjack Cheese
  • Green Leaf Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • Bob's Sauce
  • Oil for Frying
Shallot Batter
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour Divided
  • 2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • ¼ Tsp Ground Thyme
  • ¼ Tsp Cumin
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • 12-16 oz Beer (until it reaches the correct consistency)
  • ​!Bob's Sauce
  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ Cup Ketchup
  • ⅓ Cup Horseradish
  • ¼ Cup Horseradish Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
  1. Chop a shallot into strips
  2. Mix the Shallot Batter together and toss in the Shallot strips, deep fry at 350°F for 2-3 minutes or until golden in color
  3. ​Press out at least a ⅓ lb burger patty and season with salt & pepper, grill your burger to your preference
  4. The build of Bob's Burger is toasted Onion Roll bottom, Burger Patty, Pepperjack Cheese, Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomato Slice, Fried Shallots, Bob's Sauce & toasted Onion Roll on top.
