  • 3oz (85g) 96% Lean Ground Beef Each - 105 Calories
  • 1 Yeasty Rolls - 100 Calories
  • 1 Slice Ultra Thin Sharp Cheddar - 45 Calories
  • 1 Slice Low Sodium Bacon - 40 Calories
  • 1 Tsp Ketchup - 5 Calories
  • ½ Tsp Mayonnaise - 14 Calories
Instructions
  1. Grab about ½ lb of meat and press it out thin and take a knife or pizza cutter and slice up the meat so that it is slightly oversized from your slider buns. This will help you make more burger patties faster and even give you that awesome Wendy's square look we all have come to love.
